Please describe your role.
Field based customer facing sales. Looking for new business and account managing existing accounts across the kitchen sector.

How long have you been part of the Waterline team?
12 and a half years.

Share a memorable moment from your career that has shaped who you are today?
Leaving a photographic business at the age of 17 to a Trade Counter role at a national builders merchant from which I progressed to kitchens and bathrooms….the rest is history as that’s 41 years ago!

Interests

What's your favourite hobby or pastime outside of work?
Football….Saturday’s with my local men’s team Paignton Saints and Sunday’s with my grandson’s team Kingskerswell Colts U9’s (advisory and managing roles).

What's one thing on your bucket list you hope to achieve this year?
To see a Formula One race abroad.

If you could travel anywhere in the world right now, where would you go and why?
To the Caribbean as I’ve already packed….

If you could only eat one food for the rest of your life, what would it be?
Two….Chinese and Italian.


Impressions

Share a fun fact about yourself that most people don't know.
I told my parents that I’d learnt to swim at school….my reward was a dinghy for me to use during my school holidays. I still can’t swim!

What's the last book you read or movie you watched that left a lasting impression on you?
Just downloaded some books to read on holiday so will get back to you but looking forward to reading Chris Kamara’s “Kammy….My Unbelievable Life”.

If you could have dinner with any historical figure, who would it be and why?
Sir Bobby Charlton (former Manchester United and England) a footballing hero of mine from my childhood who knew bad times as well as good. Proper football times….

What's your favourite quote or mantra that inspires you?
“Don’t do unto others what you don’t want done unto you.”
