Our three warehouses allow us to deliver to every address on the UK mainland. We make over 5,000 deliveries every month with our own team of delivery specialists who have all been trained to handle all kitchen products.

Our fleet ranges from 12tn trucks down to 3.5tn vans which means we can deliver into any warehouse but also direct to consumer homes.

We work closely with our suppliers to ensure that if something does go wrong, you receive the best support possible. We understand that some cases require urgent support and that is why you can contact us via phone, e-mail or live chat.

We are proud to be achieving an average 2 hour response time to all emails and a customer satisfaction rating of 91%.

Finally, buying from Waterline reduces your administration when managing a kitchen project. We deliver all of our goods on the same truck, they can all be bought on our website and we invoice them on the same document.
