Role
Please describe your role.
I’m a Senior Customer Service and Business Development Manager. My job is to manage, lead and motivate my team. We are here to help resolve any problems from our customers. Additionally, I manage all the customer service, customer support, and account manager activities. My role is to be the effective liaison, support, and assistance between customer service and customer support departments, account managers, and the external sales team.

How Share a memorable moment from your career that has shaped who you are today.
When I had my first promotion to Sales Office Manager. I have progressed/learnt so much in my role and have been promoted since then. I have also grown as a person and use these skills not just at work but in my private life.
Interests
What's your favourite hobby or pastime outside of work?
Socialising, spending time with family and friends and reading. I also love all sports, especially football (West Ham) and Grand Prix (Lewis Hamilton).
What's one thing on your bucket list you hope to achieve this year?
To look for a new house.
If you could travel anywhere in the world right now, where would you go and why?
Bora Bora, it looks like paradise!
If you could only eat one food for the rest of your life, what would it be?
Any Indian food.

Princess Diana - she would have some very interesting stories to tell!

Live, Love and Laugh. Life is too short, make the most of what makes you happy.
