RoleAmanda Sinfield-modified

Please describe your role.
I look after all customers in my specific area making sure they are updated on all new things Crown and Waterline.

How long have you been part of the Waterline team?
I have been with Waterline for nearly 28 years and in my current role for 7 and half years.

Share a memorable moment from your career that has shaped who you are today?
My most memorable moment would have to be getting promoted from internal sales to Regional Sales Manager. I was petrified to drive anywhere unfamiliar and terrified of meeting customers face-to-face, as I was so used to talking to them over the phone. But I'm so glad I took the chance, because I absolutely love it.

Interests

What's your favourite hobby or pastime outside of work?
I like to spend time with family and friends, I don’t really have any hobbies.

What's one thing on your bucket list you hope to achieve this year?
I really need a new bathroom so that is the very top of my list.

If you could travel anywhere in the world right now, where would you go and why?
I am going to Cape Verde soon but would love to travel to lots of different places but mainly exotic places.

If you could only eat one food for the rest of your life, what would it be?
Now that’s a tough one but think it would have to be a Greggs sausage roll naughty but nice.

Impressions

Share a fun fact about yourself that most people don't know.
I do ghost hunting but not just to see if ghosts really do exist but to see the amazing historical buildings. Currently I am still a sceptic.

What's the last book you read or movie you watched that left a lasting impression on you?
Hmm ok so one of my favourite movies would be the Green Mile and the last book I read was by Kelly Armstrong as I love the stories around vampires and werewolves (think I am still a teenager at heart).

If you could have dinner with any historical figure, who would it be and why?
Oh that’s a tough one but probably Marilyn Monroe as I think she would be fun at a dinner party.

What's your favourite quote or mantra that inspires you?
I have 2 sayings really, 1st one is what will be will be and the 2nd would be you never know until you try it.
